You must book your entire party for anyone 5 and over
Unbooked persons will be turned away, even if they attend with a pre booked party. This is due to health and safety of tour numbers
If you are unable to attend the event please inform Boardroom asap as there will be a waiting list.
Meeting point and time
Start with hot chocolate at the Wellington Orbit Cinema at 5:45 PM.
Walk departs promptly at 6:00 PM.
Duration: approximately 1.5 hours.

Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, parts of the route are outdoors and may be uneven.
The route is mostly flat but includes some stairs, contact organisers in advance to discuss mobility accommodations
Bring a torch on darker evenings and participants are asked to stay with the group.
