Tournament Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued where cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start are non-refundable.

• If The Boardroom Gaming Café cancels the event, all entrants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their entry to a future event, where applicable.

Decklists

• Where required by the tournament's Organised Play rules, decklists are mandatory.

• Decklists may be submitted:

  • In person during registration before the event begins, or

  • In advance by emailing info@boardroomgamingcafe.co.uk.

• It is the player's responsibility to ensure their submitted decklist is complete, accurate, and matches the deck they are playing.

• Failure to submit a decklist where required may result in penalties or refusal of entry in accordance with the relevant Organised Play rules.

Registration & Attendance

• Players are responsible for arriving in sufficient time to complete registration before Round One begins.

• Late arrivals may receive penalties, including a Game Loss, or may be dropped from the event in accordance with the official Organised Play rules for that game.

• No refunds will be issued to players who fail to attend the event.

Event Conduct

• Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.

• The Boardroom Gaming Café reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of others. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

Event Changes

• The Boardroom Gaming Café reserves the right to amend event details, timings, prize structures, or tournament formats where necessary due to Organised Play requirements, attendance numbers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any significant changes will be communicated to registered players as soon as reasonably possible.
